Probation Review Objectives

In this release, we have introduced a new configuration item that allows you to choose the minimum number of objectives an employee on probation should have. So now, you have set a different minimum number for regular employees vs those on probation.

 

Charts in reports

We added interactive, animated charts in the general reporting area, so all reports can now benefit from visulisation. Take a look at the Appraisal Summary report and let us know what you think…

 

User Dashboard Improvements

We took some time out to think how we could improve the notifications employees see on their dashboard. We think the changes we have made will really help employees focus in on the right thing at the right time.
