Every user has their own personal dashboard, which walks them through the process, lets them know if there are any actions that are required and gives them overviews of key data. HR’s dashboard adds to this with process related actions and high-level statistics.

Adherence Reports Dashboards

A suite of adherence reports are available, which allow you to ensure that employees are adhering to each aspect of your performance management process.

“Rule Breakers”

A set of reports that can highlight possible issues with the quality of performance reviews. PerformanceHub can analyse various aspects of an employee’s performance review to look for mismatches or discrepancies between them. As a simple example, an employee’s objectives we all rated as being poorly delivered, but the employee was given an overall fantastic rating. Sounds fishy right? Well PerformanceHub will spot this and highlight it for a sense check.

 

Sunburst Charts

erformanceHub makes extensive use of sunburst charts, which are a powerful way to overlay data onto an org-chart. You can see the precise state of play across the whole organisation in one view, and zoom in on any clusters of interest.
