Streamlined Multi-Question Requests
Gone are the days of sending multiple feedback requests for different questions. Now, you can bundle all your queries into a single request, simplifying the process for both you and your respondents.
Consolidated Responses
If you’ve been asked multiple questions about a colleague, you can now provide all your answers in one go, making feedback more efficient and cohesive.
Refined “Manager’s Eyes Only” Option
To promote intentionality, we’ve removed the default setting for this option. This change encourages deliberate decisions when marking feedback as private. Additionally, new configuration settings enable organisations to tailor this feature to their specific needs.
Feedback Request Limits
Admins now have the capability to set limits on the number of feedback requests users can initiate, either within a review period or a specified timeframe, ensuring a balanced and manageable feedback environment.
