Data Processing Consent
So, you have come here to read all about what consent you are giving us to use your personal data? Well, here’s the low-down.
We need to ask for your consent to store and process your personal data under the EU’s GDPR rules. Asking for a PerformanceHub demo or trial (how you got here) means that you need to give us your name and email address so we can contact you to set things up. In GDPR terms “Processing is necessary in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract”
We do nothing nefarious with your data. We don’t like it when it happens to us, so we won’t do it to you.
We won’t sell your details to anyone else, so don’t worry that you’re going to get marketing spam from all and sundry in the future. Heck, we won’t even send you marketing mail. We’ll just get in touch for the demo/trial.
We’ll hang on to your details for up to 12 months, but you have the right to ask us to delete or update your data at any time. Just let us know.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your the ICO.
