We’re excited to announce a major PerformanceHub update focused on One-to-One meetings — redesigned from the ground up to give managers, employees, and HR teams a vastly improved experience.
This release brings a more intuitive interface, smarter tools, and a host of new features to make your one-to-ones more impactful and easier to manage. It’s already live, so let’s dive into what’s new…
General Improvements
Smarter Interface, Smoother Experience
One-to-Ones now have a fresh new look. From clear overviews and handy quick actions to an improved flow for preparing and recording meetings — the whole process is more streamlined and less confusing.
New Rich Text Editor for Notes
Say goodbye to plain text. Notes now use a powerful new editor, giving you formatting options like bold, bullet points and more. It’s like having a mini Word doc in your browser — easier to read, easier to write.
Feedback Context Built In
If someone’s received feedback since their last meeting, PerformanceHub will let them know — so they can bring it into the conversation. Better still, historical meetings will show related feedback too. That extra bit of context can make all the difference.
Agendas Now Saved with Notes
Agendas are now part of the meeting record itself, making it crystal clear what was planned and discussed — no more hunting around.
Better for Managers
Reusable and Flexible Agendas
Managers can now:
- Reuse agendas across team members
- Adjust agendas on a per-meeting or per-person basis
- Choose from a library of alternative agendas created by HR
Upgraded Team Summary Page
The new and improved Team Summary page gives managers a birds-eye view of upcoming meetings, recent activity, and a one-stop-shop for managing their team’s one-to-ones.
Supercharged HR Tools
All-in-One HR View
HR users get a brand new interface to explore employee meetings — notes, agendas and related feedback are now all in one place. Much easier to stay on top of things.
Alternative Agendas — Your New Superpower
HR can now create and manage multiple “Alternative Agendas.” These can be used to support all sorts of conversations, such as:
- Onboarding
- Off-boarding
- Performance Improvement Plans
- Career Discussions
- Wellbeing Check-ins
Managers can pick the right one for each situation, without needing HR to step in every time.
Configurable Meeting Frequencies
You can now update meeting frequency per employee, and there’s a new setting that lets you control whether managers can change this themselves.
That’s the highlights — there’s even more behind the scenes, but we’ll let you explore the rest. We’re really proud of this one and hope it makes your one-to-ones even more valuable.
As always, we’d love to hear what you think.
